Policies


Orders will be processed and updated within 3-5 business days of purchase. This means that your order fulfillment will begin and communications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. See below for delivery times.

We will have some shipping delays during holiday sales, flash sales and possibly due to the pandemic COVID19. Communications will be provided with in 5-7 business days from the order date.

You can not pick up online orders. We do not deliver.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure that your shipping information and contact information provided at the time of ordering are entered correctly as we have no way of knowing if it is accurate or not. We are not responsible for information that is not entered correctly at checkout, including discount codes.

REGULAR ITEMS -

STANDARD SHIPPING: First Class Rate via USPS take 3-7 business days from the ship date, not order date.

PRIORITY INSURED: Priority Mail via USPS takes 1-3 business days from the date, not order date.

Delivery times frame are an estimate. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. FREE SHIPPING offered during special promotions only.
Items listed as "Specialty" are shipped flat rate and shipping time can vary 14-21 days from the ship date, not order date. These items are not available for expedited shipping. In all cases, communication will be sent to update you of tracking and delivery estimates.
The Harmonious Living Store is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged/mishandles mail. Please select an insured option for delivery (Priority Mail or Route+) to insure your package. If selected, your delivery would then be covered in the event of lost, stolen or damages. You would be required to place a claim with the delivery agent and follow their rules to receive reimbursement. If your package is not received, but shows that it is delivered in your tracking updates, please contact your local delivery agent within 30 days of purchase date. If you package is not received and show no update in your tracking, we must me notified with 30 days of purchase date.
We are a small, independently owned business. Unwarranted charge back and false disputes impedes our ability to operate with our payment processors. Abuse of these procedures is considered fraud and theft and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. The Harmonious Living Store will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. The use of dispute or charge back should only be used as a last resort.

Simply initiate a return within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@toshiana.com with your order number and "Return/Exchange" in the subject line.

Once approved, we will be more than happy to issue a store credit less the shipping cost, upon receipt of the undamaged item. Monetary refunds are not offered.

All orders placed online must be returned via mail with your RA shipping label.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions (undamaged) stated above.

We will send you a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your returned undamaged item. Please keep your return shipping tracking number.

Any returns received outside of our return policy guidelines will become the property of Harmonious Living and no store credit will be issued.

Please contact info@toshiana.com within 3 business days of receipt, we will replace unused defective or damaged items with the originally ordered item with proof of damage or error. After 3 business days all sales are considered final.
